It was love at first sight on a school trip to the magnificent Peninsula Hotel in Hong Kong – from the minute she walked in the door to checking out.
Over 25 years, Ali has found out exactly what it takes to create fantastic end-to-end experiences for customers, that make businesses succeed.
She has a proven track record in diagnosing issues, helping businesses understand what great looks like for them, and set out a path to maximise both people and commercial acceleration, for transformational growth.
Ali’s experience covers the international hospitality sector with a focus of hotels and retirement living.
She has held senior leadership positions in Commercial Growth; Marketing, Sales; Strategic Planning; Pricing; Customer Experience; Trends & Innovation and Revenue Optimisation at Hilton, InterContinental Hotels Group, Premier Inn, and PegasusLife.
Her last corporate roles was Chief Commercial Officer. She is a regular public speaker at hospitality, sales and marketing events and has won several awards:
