Reluctantly I closed the car door, took a deep breath, and anticipated the dreadful experience I was about to endure at the car dealership 🚙😳

Refreshingly, I had a great after-sales experience. ☺️Friendly and competent staff; using video to talk through the car diagnosis, and good communication. I also found it brilliant that 30% of the staff were women.👍

The reason for scoring this a 3 out of 5 was Pricing. Being a huge fan of #subscription models; I was excited that this was offered to me. However, pricing needs to be straightforward and easily explained which was not the case.
