feel the fear

I stepped forward, heart pumping 30 feet above the forest floor, took a deep breath, and went for it crossing over the Go Ape tree tops nets. Pushing my boundaries, it felt wonderful reaching the other side.

We’re all pushing our boundaries constantly with new innovations, new situations to face – whether that’s public speaking; standing up to someone; saying no; doing your first HIIT class,,….. Certainly can be daunting, but the satisfaction of achieving things is worth it.
